All of our products are made by hand from our home in South Birmingham.

Delivery
All melts and air aroma products are sent via Royal Mail second class delivery. Larger items such as candles and gift sets will be sent via a tracked service.
Due to the fragile nature of wax melts, there may be some breakages during transit. We will do everything in our power to prevent this from happening.
Returns
If you are unhappy with the product then please get in touch within 14 days of delivery. We will refund items sent back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. Personalised or bespoke orders are non-refundable.
